They were really helpful and made the whole process easy. I also appreciated getting the receipt and follow-up emails right away, so I knew everything was taken care of.

I ordered a couple of crystals from Inner Vision Crystals, and to be fair, they showed up in good shape and were packed really well. The stones looked close to the photos too, so I can’t really complain about the actual pieces I received.

That said, I’m still a little unsure about the ethical sourcing side of things. They do say they try to source responsibly, which sounds good, but I was hoping for more specific info about where each stone came from and how it was mined. Maybe it was there and I just didn’t spot it, but it felt a bit vague to me.
So I’d probably give them 3 stars. It doesn’t seem like a bad shop at all, and the crystals are nice enough, but I’d feel a lot better ordering again if the sourcing details were easier to find and more transparent

The packaging was totally fine too, nothing fancy but everything arrived safely. It was a nice surprise, especially because I had kind of forgotten to check the tracking. I’d definitely order again just based on how fast it showed up.

I’ve order from Inner Vision Crystals a few times now, and their inventory is solid. A lot of the pieces I was looking for and couldn’t find on other crystal sites usually is available here.

The product pages seems like they’re kept updated too, which I really appreciate. I haven’t had that annoying thing where you checkout and then find out it was actually out of stock.

Yeah, it matched the description well overall. It was just a bit smaller than I expected.
